I'm a fan of anime....I'm a fan of Halo.....but oi...NEVER have I thought of combining the two. The thought is truely terrifying and I honestly think I would react the same way as in the pic.

She's making a point. Her grammar is not supposed to be correct. She's demonstrating how most people who use Japanese on the web are just words strung together ineloquently and incorrectly, dubbed 'fan-japanese' or some equivalent. In fact fan-japanese is a peeve of hers, I believe. Or, at the very least, she hates the word 'kawaii'.
