And the last drawing of this day or so long posting spree is probably one of my favorite. It's pretty simple in terms of lineart and stuff, but I am so proud of this thing. You could not IMAGINE. I used my dying (very dying) eggshell marker for the light parts of her skin and then when it started to sputter, I just put it to good use, thus all the pretty very light areas and stuff. *cackle* But actuwie, this entire picture is nothing but marker, which is an accomplishment. I got the pose and her hair pieces from the NYTimes Magazine Fashion edition. Ziyi Zhang (star of "House of Flying Daggers") was on the cover and I just loved it so much. It was nice practice for a lot of things too.

I have no idea why the hell she looks so sad. *shrugs* I do love the flowers though.

Another notable thing... I didn't use my Microns to ink this. I got my first quill pen and ink well the other day and it looks and works so much better than microns. *hughughughug*
